Shipping Policy

Purchased products will be delivered to the person and address indicated in the order. By default, invoices will be sent to the email address provided by the customer during registration on ankamanshusen.com.
There will be no shipping or delivery of orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays. However, any delay shall not imply the cancellation of the order nor any compensation. In the event of a delay, the maximum delivery period is 30 calendar days starting from the day following the placement of the order.
An order is considered delivered at the moment the carrier delivers the package or packages to the customer and the customer signs the delivery receipt. It is the customer's responsibility to verify the condition of the merchandise upon receipt and to note any anomalies on the delivery note.
Shipping is only available to Spain, Andorra, Austria, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Monaco, Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Belgium, Switzerland, Greece, Ireland, United Kingdom, and Russia.
