Refund Policy

No exchanges and/or returns will be accepted without prior authorization from ANKA MANSHUSEN. It is essential to present the purchase receipt for any exchange or claim within a maximum period of 14 calendar days. Returned merchandise will not be accepted without its original label or seal.

ANKA MANSHUSEN ships items in perfect condition. However, if for any reason the product is defective, ANKA MANSHUSEN will cover the return shipping costs and will proceed to replace the item with one of identical characteristics, or, if preferred, refund the purchase amount.

For returns due to exchanges of sizes or similar reasons, the return shipping costs will be borne by the customer, and the item will be replaced.

The procedure for exchanges and returns is as follows:

1. Send an email to anka@ankamanshusen.com indicating all personal details and the reason for the return and/or exchange. ANKA MANSHUSEN will approve the exchange and/or return via email, providing a return reference number, which must be clearly visible on the shipping package.
2. Prepare the package exactly as it arrived (original packaging) and send it to the following address:

3. Once we receive the package, we will proceed to modify the initial order. The returned item must be shipped by the customer at their own expense (except in the case of a defective item). We will contact you to notify you where and how to deliver the return package.
