This process happens through resonance and inner integration.

Over four weeks, we meet once a week online (approx. 60 minutes via Zoom).
Each session unfolds in the moment and follows what is currently alive within you.
The space follows what wants to emerge.
Between sessions, you are accompanied by a simple daily practice that keeps you connected.
